GHM (Gesellschaft für Handwerksmessen mbH), based in Munich, specialises in developing and organising trade fairs across various sectors where craft and medium-sized businesses operate. GHM organise 11 trade fairs annually in different locations throughout Germany and abroad attracting approximately 5,700 exhibitors and 500,000 visitors. The trade fairs cover themes related to trade and crafts, encompassing industries such as baking and confectionery, timber construction, roofing, optics, and design, among others.
Situated in proximity to the Messe Munich exhibition center, GHM operates as a locally independent exhibition company. Beyond Munich, GHM extends its reach to organise exhibitions and fairs in other German cities like Nuremberg, Stuttgart, Cologne, as well as internationally in China.
YONTEX is a new event organiser established in 2023 by the German trade fair organisers Messe München and NürnbergMesse. The cooperation aims to strengthen the global position of the two most important international trade fairs for beverages and liquid foods. YONTEX will now be responsible for Munich's drinktec, the world's leading trade fair for the sector, and Nuremberg's BrauBeviale, Europe's leading trade fair for the beverage industry. drinktec will be held every four years at the Munich Exhibition Centre, while BrauBeviale will be held annually in Nuremberg, except in the years in which drinktec is held.
